Stories of Change details The Colorado Haiti Project's 27-year history in partnership with the people of Petit-Trou-de-Nippes—a rural, poverty-stricken village on Haiti's southwestern peninsula.
For the better part of one month, I researched Colorado Haiti Project volunteer efforts and the depth to which they extend. I conducted interviews with CHP executives, board members and volunteers—both in Colorado and on the ground in Haiti. From this data, I streamlined one narrative script for voiceover by Journalist, Rachel Martin, recorded at NPR in New York, and video production by Matt Short of Bokeh FX in Denver.
Client testimonial: "With limited knowledge of our organization's vast history, Veronika's poetic gifts and creative writing style helped push our story to the next level. Today, this video has impacted and inspired hundreds of our supporters as well as those interested in learning more. We are so grateful that she helped give the 27-year history of the Colorado Haiti Project a voice—one that will be heard for many years to come!” —Bri Morris, Engagement and Communications Manager, Colorado Haiti Project
